Student Homes operates in Nottingham & caters for both Students & Professionals.

We specialise in Lenton (the epée centre of student life).

Housing stock changes rapidly so please ring I may be able to help.

We often have houses for shorter lets eg for the Autumn Semester for example, or if you are coming on an exchange for a couple of months, please feel free to ask.

I have quite a few individual rooms left to share, in different properties.

All houses are fully fitted with Ikea furniture, metal framed beds, internet and aerial points in all bedrooms, Intruder Alarm, Fire Alarm Panel, Emergency Lighting.

A copy of the contract can be sent via e-mail, so that it may be checked by your Legal Advisor or Student Advisor.
